H. C. (Joe) Raymond is an author, speaker and personal change and recovery coach. He is a certified counselor with experience in chemical dependency and domestic violence counseling.
He has extensive training and experience in parent education, facilitator training, workshop development and presentations.
Joe was born at Lava Hot Springs Idaho on November 24, 1937. He grew up on a farm in Southeastern Idaho.
As a child, he was able to observe many of the natural laws of growth and change. He began his working life as an engineer, but for the past 25 years, he has focused on change from the inside out for himself and his clients.
Joe has a Master of Science in Human Resources Development Management from Chapman University and a Post Masters Certificate in Clinical Theory and Practice from The University of Washington School of Social Work.
Joe has extensive training and experience in Parent Education and Facilitator Training. He also has training and experience in working with individuals who have substance abuse and addiction as well as working with both batterers and victims of domestic violence
As a personal change coach, Joe wrote a book titled Embracing Change From The Inside Out. At the time of writing his book Joe was working as counselor and life skills coach at New Horizons Counseling (Poulsbo, Washington) where he provided classes and training in parenting, anger management and life skills coaching, as well as treatment for domestic violence offenders.
These experiences give Joe a unique understanding of the power of inside out change. You may or may not be in crises, but either way you know that there are aspects of your life that you wish to change.
